Sometimes, there is no greater pleasure than walking around an English country village on a sunny morning.
So, that’s exactly what we did last Thursday, when some of our carers and residents enjoyed an amble around picturesque Offenham.
We’ve been itching to get back out into nature after lots of indoor activities this winter. It felt brilliant to get out and enjoy the fresh air and the wonders of the Evesham countryside. We explored winding county paths and peered into greenhouses with their fresh springtime produce. We got up close to a sheep and spied a beautiful horse in its paddock. We even made a new canine friend!
At Cedar Lodge, we’re lucky to be located at the very heart of our friendly local community. It was nice to bump into neighbours and keep abreast of all the goings on in our area.
Now the weather’s a bit brighter, we’ll be popping out more for our regular rambles – if you see us, please do say hello!
Or why not pop by and see us at our regular coffee mornings – held at Cedar Lodge usually on the last Friday of every month.
